“I sought three quotes for my new deck from well-known contractors in my area. The other contractors were vague and did not inspire confidence. The quotes were significantly higher with less detail and in one case was hurried and the other late. I raised three concerns during the initial contact with each contractor. Only Steve Dawson from Deck Masters LLC took the time to address each concern and explain how he would deal with each. The other contractors offhandedly told me, “No Problem.” The actual work started as promised and even though there were some materials issues, from the supplier, Steve worked through them and solved the problems. The work was completed as promised and I am pleased with the result. Steve worked on the job himself and made sure that it was done right. Steve took care of all permits and inspections.
